The Coast of Brittany is the most beautiful in France. The Rose Granite cliffs and wide sandy beaches cannot be surpassed. Coves and rocky islands, mussel and oyster beds all make an interesting contrast. Val-André is the nearest seaside town, with a long sandy beach ideal for children, quaint harbour and many restaurants.

There is also an18 Hole championship Golf Course overlooking the sea.

For walkers there are many coastal walks along the whole of the Brittany Coast. Between Val Andre and Sables d’Or the sandy coast continues with many sheltered bays and sandy beaches and small villages.

Brittany offers the holiday maker a wealth of history and legend. From the exploration of the Brittany countryside, castles and coastal areas. To Merlin and the Fairies that are believed in by the country people of Broceliande. The Brittany Coastal footpath stretches right around the Brittany coast and offers the walker fabulous scenic views.

The holiday Gite “Le Haut Bourg” is a typical Breton longueur farmhouse renovated to provide the holiday maker with everything required for their holiday in Brittany. The Gite has been renovated by the owners who spend their summer in Brittany in a Cottage close by and are on hand if required.
